<p><em>In which</em> the powerful lamplighter channels Lumina’s light into her staff, chasing the darkness away.</p>

<p><strong>When you’re trying</strong> to rock out, but the cat is hungry. You want to ignore him because there’s still kibbles on the sides and anyway he just ate, but you know if you don’t stop and shake the bowl so that he can’t see the bottom anymore he’s going to start playing percussion.</p>

<p>Ash is playing her melarne, which is emitting heart-shaped notes on a rainbow staff. She’s very into it. In the background, Zeek stares at her with the food bowl in front of him. There’s an arrow pointing to the food bowl to let everyone know just how dire this situation has become. The cat has never eaten.</p>

<p>Two people trudge through the swamp. The man in front looks back at the woman behind. She’s holding her melarne above the waterline. In her oversized backpack a cat with a hood looks on placidly.</p>

<p><strong>A pirate digs</strong> in the garden while the cat watches intently. The bard sits off to the side, watching and playing some tunes. In the background, a shack leans dangerously to the side, soon to collapse. The roof has been overtaken by kudzu. Farther away, there are crooked trees reaching for the light.</p>

<p><strong>A digital painting</strong> in a red palette. In a forest clearing, the giant blood raptor lands. The bard’s fingers leap to the strings. A soothing song will calm this wild beast! The pirate charges in with his shovel held high. He’ll save her! Bards are too squishy to be on the front line like this. Meanwhile, the cat pokes his head up at the very bottom of the frame, looking out toward the viewer. He’d prefer not to be in this painting at all.</p>

<p><strong>An orange tabby cat</strong> in a traveling hood is sitting on the bar with a milkshake in front of him. His expression is one of betrayal and dissatisfaction. Something’s wrong with his special dessert. It doesn’t have a straw! Now everyone in the bar is looking at him. Beside the cat is a woman in a cape and a garish hat with a feather in it. She’s drinking coffee and looking mortified. Yes, this is her cat making a fuss. At the far end of the bar a lizard person looks on with curiosity. The background is dark and contains the suggestion of other people in the tavern.</p>

<p><strong>A foggy morning.</strong> Sunbeams slant down from above. There’s a dragon in the sky above a valley, looking down on two people and a cat in the foreground, who have their backs turned to us and are looking up at the dragon.</p>

<p><strong>A wizard with stars</strong> on his robe and moons on his hat is standing in front of a bookshelf. He’s pointing at an orange cat with a little cape on, who has his back turned and is staring out the window at some birds. The sun is setting over a distant forest. A telescope has fallen over, and there’s glass everywhere. In the foreground, a woman with a braid and a purple cape is sweeping up the mess with a long-handled broom.</p>

<p><strong>A woman plays an instrument</strong> that looks like a cross between a lute and a guitar. She has on a wide-brimmed hat with a feather in it. She’s sitting on a rock. The cat is hiding behind her. In the foreground, a bear watches her. Is it charmed by her song, or preparing to strike? Behind them is a dark forest with some mysterious lights glowing through the trees. The stars are out, and both the moons are full.</p>
